Photographs and facial images
Some Fabl features let you upload photographs, including photographs of people, and apply a real face to a generated character. We process these images to produce the output you asked for and to operate the service.
Facial images may be treated as biometric information under some laws, including in Illinois and Texas, and as a special category of personal data under UK and EU data protection law. We retain them as described in section 7.
If you upload a photograph of another person, you are responsible for obtaining any consent their local law requires. See our Terms of Service.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Fabl does not store full payment card details on our systems.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may automatically collect certain information when you use our website or services, including:
